Join Michael and Isabella in a poetic journey to bring your past experiences and wisdom forward, creating vitality through integration. So often, repeated cycles of experience haunt us as we try to escape their grasp. Through a few poems and an exploration of their significance, Michael and Isabella will offer a process to turn imprisoning patterns into freedom’s gateway. When this shift happens, the energy used to defend oneself is then freed to find and follow one’s wisdom for healing and health.
